Deck Hands

Our Sail Training program for aspiring deckhands focuses on mastering essential maritime skills through real-life practice and instruction. Participants will learn:

Knot Tying: Gain proficiency in essential knots, including tying cleats and bowlines.

Maintenance Techniques: Develop skills in polishing bells, cleaning teak, varnishing mahogany, and scrubbing the hull and engine room.

Onboard Operations: Understand the fundamentals of handling deck duties with precision and professionalism..


Stews

For those looking to deliver exceptional guest experiences as stewardesses, we provide specialized training that emphasizes attention to detail and luxury service. Participants will learn:

Cabin Maintenance: The art of making beds impeccably and maintaining spotless, inviting cabins.

Hospitality Excellence: How to deliver memorable, high-end experiences to yacht guests, ensuring their every need is anticipated and met with grace.


Tender Drivers

The regatta is a blend of high glamour and relaxed Caribbean vibe. It’s a social event where luxury yachts and their owners mingle with guests in a setting that combines elegance with the laid-back charm of the island. The regatta often attracts high-profile participants, including yacht owners, celebrities, and sailing enthusiasts. This, combined with the social events, parties, and gatherings that are part of the regatta, makes it a glamorous occasion that celebrates the sailing lifestyle.


Aspiring Engineers

For individuals with a passion for problem-solving and mechanical systems, our hands-on engineering training provides the foundation for a successful career in yacht engineering. Participants will learn:

Students arrive onboard Arabella on starting on Tuesday after 4 pm. She will be anchored in New York Harbor off Ellis Island.


Wednesday, March 11, 2026


Arabella will weigh anchor in the morning and get underway up the East River. Upon entering Long Island Sound, Goal today is Oyster Bay.
